    Finance Associate

    Impact Justice seeks a grants focused Finance Associate who will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, tracking of expenses and ensuring accurate coding. Additional duties include reconciliations, budget preparation assistance, and supplemental requests regarding proposals. Other duties as assigned.

    Senior Program Associate

    The Senior Program Associate (SPA) will work on a variety of projects in collaboration with the President and VP/Program Manager. The SPA will be tasked with playing a central role in bringing projects from inception to completion. Projects vary from innovative reentry housing and job training programs, to juvenile justice policy and technology-driven criminal justice issues. The SPA will report to the President and/or the VP/Program Manager.

    Senior Program Associate

    The Restorative Justice Project is seeking a Senior Program Associate to play a key role in supporting communities and jurisdictions across the state and nation pilot victim-oriented, community based restorative youth diversion programs. In addition, the Senior Program Associate will assist in managing projects, provide training facilitation and technical assistance, while working collaboratively on a team. A successful candidate will have a wealth of restorative justice experience and comfort with working closely with community based organizations, community members, and criminal legal systems partners to establish these programs. Significant travel is required.

    Executive and Administrative Assistant

    The Restorative Justice Project seeks a full-time team member to serve as both Executive Assistant (EA) to the RJ program director who is a Vice President of Impact Justice, and as the Administrative Assistant (AA) to the RJ Project team. The EA/AA will have the dual responsibilities of supporting the Director in the scheduling and planning of her calendar and tasks and of supporting the Restorative Justice Project general operations and administrative needs. In practice, this means the EA/AA is a multi-functional task doer and problem-solver, providing comprehensive support to the Director and the team.

    Program Manager

    The Restorative Justice Project seeks a highly-organized, deadline driven full-time team member to serve as a Program Manager in IJ’s Oakland, CA office. This Program Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative, organizational, logistical, and strategic big-picture planning and visioning tasks. This position coordinates all aspects of the Restorative Justice Project’s Implementation, Training and Technical Assistance Program in ten sites across the nation. This includes site support for program implementation and community-based service delivery, resource and publication development, stakeholder engagement and conference activity, the planning of a trip for multiple district attorneys and judges to New Zealand in January 2018, and other strategic resource investments.
