Ufoma is the LeadOn Program Coordinator at Impact Justice in Los Angeles, where she supports system-impacted young adults by creating pathways to employment, leadership, and personal growth.
Before joining Impact Justice, Ufoma served as a Senior Manager of Data Systems where she strengthened reentry and entrepreneurship programming for people impacted by incarceration. She also led internship and career-readiness at other organizations for teens and young adults, designing programs that expand access to education, work experience, and professional growth.
Across these roles, Ufoma has developed a deep commitment to supporting system-impacted communities and to building programs that center opportunity, skill development, and belonging. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
