Tony Delfino is the Central California Regional Program Manager for the California Justice Leaders (CJL) Program. He will lead program implementation, day to day operations, and continued development of the CJL program in the Central Valley. Tony previously worked as a Program Director for a grassroots youth-led organization rooted in Central California, building youth power to transform schools and communities through civic engagement, advocacy and community healing.
His career spans over 10-years of management experience working with various community based organizations and state entities, some include, Arts in Corrections, Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Prison University Project, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Tony earned a Masters degree in Social Work from California State University, Chico and Bachelors in Social Work from Fresno State University.
