Stanley has been a valuable member of the Impact Justice team since 2019. He started as an OAS Admin Associate and has risen to the role of Program Manager at the PREA Resource Center. He is currently a manager on the Online Audit System (OAS) team, where he leads training efforts for the system. Stanley enjoys combining his passion for technology with mission-driven work to further the goals of Impact Justice. He earned a Google IT Support Professional certification, demonstrating his expertise and enthusiasm for technology. His colleagues appreciate his problem-solving abilities and dedication to helping others master new systems and tools. Stanley brings a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and focus on how technology can best serve the PREA Resource Center’s mission. He strives to ensure that the OAS and training resources provide the most effective support to PREA auditors and the field.
Stanley’s previous experience comes from administrative and customer-facing roles in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Most recently, he worked as a mentoring enrollment coordinator with The Y of Central Maryland, assisting with the process of matching Baltimore City youth with mentors. For this work, he was awarded the organization’s annual “Teamwork Award.”
