Shelby Renee Giles is Director of Communications and Marketing at Impact Justice where she leads a passionate team of storytellers, strategists, and social impact evangelists to set and evolve the organization’s overall communications and marketing strategy.
Prior to joining Impact Justice, Shelby spent nearly two decades advising clients on how to leverage the power of stories, media, and other communications modalities to create sustainable social impact. Most recently, she worked as a Vice President at national communication firm, Berlin Rosen, in their Issue Advocacy Practice.
Shelby is an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University. She earned her Masters of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, receiving their highest student achievement award. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
