Moss is a Program Associate with the Housing Lab. Previously, he worked at the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Resource Center handling logistics and operations for the auditor Field Training Program. Before that, his work at World Justice Project included researching corruption, human rights, and rule of law research as well as household data collection.
Moss grew up in Los Angeles and in his spare time enjoys hiking, cooking, and complaining about smog. Moss has a B.A. in History and Political Science from George Washington University.
