Michael Ramos joins Impact Justice as the Community Navigator for the Homecoming Project in Los Angeles. With a strong background in case management, community engagement, transformational coaching, and reentry services, he is committed to empowering marginalized communities to overcome obstacles and envision a brighter future for themselves. Michael brings professional expertise and a profound understanding of the challenges faced by these communities to his role.
Before becoming a full-time employee at Impact Justice, Michael was a LeadOn Fellow, serving as a Peer Housing and Reentry Service Navigator at Mass Liberation, where he led a four-week reentry program focused on healthy relationships, finances, technology, and employment readiness. He is committed to supporting returning citizens in achieving their goals and building meaningful partnerships with the community-based organizations that help them rebuild their lives.
Michael earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business and Social Behavioral Science from Coastline Community College.
