Kritika serves as the Lead Community Navigator for the Homecoming Project. Prior to joining Impact Justice, she studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, which is where she developed her personal and professional commitment to serving currently and formerly-incarcerated folks. She spent several years as a caseworker for the ASUC Student Legal Clinic, where she aimed to demystify legal and tax-filing processes for marginalized community members. Additionally, during her time at UC Berkeley she volunteered as a tutor at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. Originally from California’s Central Valley, Kritika has a deep love for the communities she belongs to and supports. In her free time, she enjoys reading, roller skating, and exploring the beauty of both her hometown and the nearby East Bay.
