Kendall joined the PREA Resource Center (PRC) in 2019 and is currently the Program Manager for the Information Systems, Analytics, and Strategic Planning (ISASP) team at the PRC. In her role on the ISASP team, she works cross-functionally across the PRC to conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of programs and helps facilitate data-driven program planning and implementation.

Kendall earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado. She earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration on Data Analysis and a certificate for Applied Data Ethics, Law, and the Social Good from the University of Pennsylvania (2024). While pursuing her MPA, Kendall served as a Graduate Fellow for ImpactEd, an evaluation, strategy, and training center that equips mission-driven organizations with critical skills and data to accelerate social change.

Kendall is passionate about using data to inform community-oriented policies. In her free time, she enjoys making pottery, befriending neighborhood dogs, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
