Joey Pagaduan joined Impact Justice in July 2023 as a Community Navigator for the Homecoming Project. Joey’s background in assisting individuals with substance use disorders, people that have been system-impacted, unhoused youth, and case management allows him to meaningfully contribute to and serve his community.
In the role of Program Manager for The Center, Reentry and Resource Center for formerly incarcerated individuals, he is supporting the individual wellness, personal growth, and community integration of formerly incarcerated people and their loved ones.
Joey and The Center do this through training and classes for formerly incarcerated people, community members, and reentry service providers with the goal of promoting successful reintegration into society. Joey also now supervises the Community Navigators for THP.
Certified as a life coach and holding national and state certifications as an addictions counselor, Joey is committed to continuously expanding his skills. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys theatre, writing, and believes in the transformative power of art.
