Hayley Liddle is the Lead Community Navigator with the Homecoming Project. She supports Homecoming Project participants returning from incarceration through connection with housing and other community based resources.
Hayley joined Impact Justice after a decade providing services to unhoused populations. She specializes in program development, implementation and execution. Hayley has been recognized in Marin County for her work building community collaboration systems that led to record numbers of people housed, for excellent outcomes in the St. Vincent de Paul Women’s Prop 47 Home, and by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for voucher connection and utilization.
Outside of her professional experience in housing, Hayley has organized in abolitionist decarcerative spaces since 2012. Hayley has participated in a variety of policy campaigns, expansion fights, cross wall movement building and alternative resource development.
Hayley attended college in San Diego, but has otherwise been a Bay Area resident most of her life. She loves providing coffee, restaurant, hiking and live music recommendations for all corners of the Bay Area. In her free time she enjoys cooking, adventurous travel, and spending time with family.
