Emily Charron joined Impact Justice in October 2023 as a Program Associate for the Information Systems, Analytics, and Strategic Planning team within the PREA Resource Center. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in public criminology and a master’s degree in public sociology. At UNCW, she held many positions but one notably as a research assistant examining social determinants of crime and the impacts of mass incarceration on communities.
