Alison is the Senior Operations Manager at Impact Justice. She brings over twenty years of experience leading marketing and operations initiatives and is passionate about empowering mission-driven teams to grow and deepen their impact.
For the past decade, Alison has worked in nonprofit marketing, communications, and project management. Most recently at Mindful Schools, she built outreach programs to inspire and engage school and district partners across the US to shift school culture toward equity, belonging, and well-being.
She also draws from a decade of experience at larger organizations. As a Marketing Manager at Warner Bros., she promoted major releases and franchise film properties. She was responsible for consumer and product segmentation, pricing and competitive analysis, P&L management, and leading cross-functional teams to program execution.
In all of her roles, Alison thrives when building and designing systems so that every team and team member is positioned to do and be their best.
Alison earned her B.A. in International Economics from UCLA. She is an Oakland native — her childhood home is actually a half mile away from the Impact Justice Oakland office. You might bump into her walking in the neighborhood on Lakeshore and Grand Avenue with her husband and their two daughters.
