Christine joined Impact Justice in 2022 as Administrative Associate and Executive Assistant to the Vice Presidents of Operations and Finance before moving into the role of Oakland Operations Coordinator. In 2024, she transitioned to her current position as Office Administration and Operations Associate. Within this role, she provides organization-wide operations support, coordinates logistics for the daily operations of the Oakland office building, and provides specialized project support.
Before joining Impact Justice, Christine worked as a Buyer II with the San Mateo County Procurement Division. She and her teammates worked onsite in the Logistics Branch of the SMC Emergency Operations Center during Covid-19 and the CZU Lightning Complex fires to purchase vital supplies and services to support the County’s emergency response.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University. During that time, she served as a teaching assistant with the Cornell Prison Education Program to help facilitate college classes at Auburn State Correctional Facility. Christine also volunteered 3 years with Prisoner Express at the Durland Alternatives Library in Ithaca, New York.
Christine is trained in First Aid/CPR/AED and has completed Community Emergency Response Team trainings with both the San Mateo and Oakland Fire Departments. She is currently studying to receive an Amateur Radio License. In the future, Christine plans to study Emergency Management & Community Resilience, while continuing to work towards her passion of advancing criminal justice reform.
