Bianca Pak joined Impact Justice’s team as the Operations Coordinator in 2021 and is now Senior Associate. In this role, she builds efficient operational procedures for the People and Operations team and advances initiatives supporting the organizational culture.
Born and raised in Oregon, Bianca graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2021 with a degree in political science. At the University of Oregon, she worked with the Prison Education Program for three years, helping to provide educational opportunities for people incarcerated in Oregon’s prisons. She also led a student group that worked to combat the school-to-prison pipeline and created and executed a ten-week curriculum on the topic of mass incarceration for first-year students.
Bianca’s deeply rooted passion in creating a more just and restorative society led her to Impact Justice.
