Erica Gammill joins Impact Justice with almost 20 years of experience working to improve conditions of confinement and to end sexual violence. Erica serves as the Senior Program Manager on the Audit Oversight Team at the National PREA Resource Center where she works to ensure PREA Auditors are conducting high-quality, objective audits in line with established standards. Erica has engaged in state and national advocacy, including grassroots organizing campaigns, and her advocacy and activism is based in efforts to build power in communities most impacted by mass incarceration.
