Kristina Bell is the Director of Growing Justice at Impact Justice, an innovative urban farming and workforce development initiative supporting justice-impacted individuals’ access to healthy food and job training in the emerging green job industry.
She brings 15 years of experience partnering with communities, institutions, and cross-sector stakeholders to design programs that advance equity and strengthen communities. Prior to joining Impact Justice, Kristina led global environmental conservation and community engagement initiatives with the U.S. Forest Service. She offers a unique background in international and sustainable development, specializing in strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, and systems design that translate complex challenges into actionable, community-centered solutions.
Kristina is deeply committed to social impact and inclusive innovation. She is passionate about deploying human-centered approaches that advance equity and dignity for traditionally underserved and systemically marginalized populations.
Kristina holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University. She is an Oakland resident and enjoys exploring the city’s rich diversity, scenery, and history in her free time.
