Michael Ramos serves as the Southern California Regional Manager for California Justice Leaders (CJL) at Impact Justice. In his role, he provides regional leadership focused on program quality and compliance, AmeriCorps member development, and partnership building with community-based organizations supporting system-impacted young adults across Southern California. He brings extensive experience in reentry services, case management, community engagement, and transformational coaching, and is especially motivated by mentoring emerging leaders and building collaborative spaces that support growth and accountability.

Previously, Michael served as the Community Navigator for the Homecoming Project in Los Angeles, where he led direct reentry support, helped manage strategic partnerships, and supported participant recruitment and placement into secure housing. Before joining Impact Justice as a full-time staff member, he was a LeadOn Fellow at Mass Liberation, serving as a Peer Housing and Reentry Service Navigator and facilitating a four-week reentry program focused on healthy relationships, financial literacy, technology skills, and employment readiness. Michael earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business and Social Behavioral Science from Coastline College.
