Rob Bos is the Impact Justice Alumni Program Coordinator, where they support the California Justice Leaders Alumni Network. This initiative provides ongoing support for alumni of the California Justice Leaders (CJL) program. Rob joined CJL as an AmeriCorps member in 2022, initially in the Bay Area, and continued their work for an additional two service years after relocating to Los Angeles in 2023.

Rob’s commitment to advocating for people impacted by the criminal justice system is deeply rooted in their experiences living in Stockton, CA for six years while attending the University of the Pacific. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Arts & Entertainment Management, and they discovered their passion for helping independent artists navigate the music industry. After graduating in 2017, Rob founded Bos Mgmt, a music management company dedicated to supporting queer artists of all levels in reaching their goals.

Rob holds an M.A. in Live Entertainment Management from the University of Miami. They are a passionate advocate of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and organize a monthly queer songwriter showcase in Hollywood to uplift queer voices, build community, and foster inclusion. As a queer, trans-identifying individual, Rob is driven by the intersection of system-impacted communities and the queer community. They are dedicated to advocating for equality and empowerment of all marginalized individuals.
