Sola Ajimatanrareje (he/him) serves as the People Generalist at Impact Justice, leveraging over eight years of comprehensive experience across diverse human resources functions. He is highly skilled in overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. With a proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, Sola excels in cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering collaboration across teams. His expertise in navigating complex HR challenges with discretion and professionalism underscores his ability to ensure seamless HR operations.
Prior to joining Impact Justice, Sola held a key role at Community Vision, where he spearheaded benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and the communication of employee benefit programs. He also managed payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations. Additionally, Sola led the onboarding and off-boarding processes, conducted orientations and exit interviews, and collaborated with legal counsel to ensure the employee handbook was continuously aligned with current laws and best practices.
Sola’s deep passion for community and social equity is what inspired him to join Impact Justice. Beyond his professional commitments, he serves as the Media Director at his church and actively partners with local organizations to coordinate community outreach initiatives. His dedication to service is a testament to his unwavering commitment to driving positive change both within and outside the workplace.
Sola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay, and is a certified SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
A proud native of the Bay Area, Sola is an enthusiastic supporter of the San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors. Since the Raiders moved so did his loyalty to them 🙂
