Moss Woodbury is a Program Associate with the National PREA Resource Center (PRC) and handles the logistics and operations for the Field Training Program. Previously, Moss has worked in nonprofit, advocacy, and historical organizations. He most recently worked in the research team of World Justice Project. Notably, he contributed to research on corruption, human rights, and civil and criminal justice systems and helped manage face-to-face and online data collection for the Rule of Law Index in 2022 and 2023, covering tens of thousands of people in 56 countries.

Moss graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with a specialization in Military History.
