Joey Pagaduan joined Impact Justice in July 2023 and currently serves as a Program Manager for the Homecoming Project. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to reentry, housing stability, community care, and creating pathways for formerly incarcerated people to return home with dignity, safety, and support.

His background includes supporting individuals with substance use disorders, system-impacted people, unhoused youth, and community members navigating complex systems. At Impact Justice, he helps strengthen program operations and support participants as they work toward stability, connection, and long-term success.

Joey understands personally how essential safe housing, meaningful support, and belonging can be during reentry. That lived experience informs his leadership and his belief that coming home should never mean coming home to nowhere.

He is committed to growth, collaboration, and innovative approaches that advance social change. He is also an Arts Resident with Marin Shakespeare Company, where he continues to explore the role of theatre, storytelling, and public art in building community and creating transformation.

Outside of his professional work, Joey enjoys theatre, writing, and creative expression. He believes in the transformative power of art and storytelling as tools for healing, connection, and change.
