Ronda Franklin is a 25-year resident of the Bay Area, a parent, and a financial coach. She is deeply involved in and committed to restorative justice and creating positive change for her community.
Ronda started her career in retail banking, working her way up from teller to branch manager to portfolio manager. After she found her passion working directly in the community, she became an advocate, career counselor, and case manager for young adults at Youth UpRising in East Oakland.
Ronda holds a California state life insurance license, as well as securities and investment licenses that allow her to set up retirement accounts in mutual fund investments. She also offers financial literacy workshops at Alameda County Juvenile Hall and Camp Sweeny, a minimum-security residential facility for youth.
