Randy Reyes (he/him) joined the Homecoming Project at Impact Justice as a Senior Program Associate to lead the development of the Reentry Resource Center. In this position, Randy will provide training for people who have recently left an incarceration setting.Â
Prior to joining Impact Justice, Randy was managing a program at Swords to Plowshares that helped secure permanent housing for homeless veterans in Alameda County. Randy also led a mentor program for justice-impacted veterans at the Veterans Treatment Court within the Superior Court of Alameda County. Randy has past experience with case management and substance abuse counseling for Alameda and Contra Costa counties’ disenfranchised communities as well.
Growing up in the Bay Area, Randy feels honored to serve and uplift the same communities in which he grew up.
