Mandi Sit joined Impact Justice as the housing engagement and marketing coordinator for the Homecoming Project, an innovative reentry housing program. Her role includes identifying potential hosts through marketing and utilizing creative strategies to build relationships.

Prior to Impact Justice, Mandi was involved with the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education where she served as an immersion coordinator, leading trips to San Jose, California and India to learn about homelessness, education, and other world issues. When her immersion trip to the Dominican Republic was canceled due to COVID-19, she helped facilitate a book club for Just Mercy, sparking her interest in criminal justice reform and further igniting her desire to build a world with human dignity for all.
