Lane Manalo-LeClair joined Impact Justice in May 2022 as a Development Associate. In this role he assists the development team in accomplishing the organization’s fundraising goals. Lane brings 2 years of non-profit fundraising experience to the team, having worked at local, national, and international organizations. These non-profits include advocacy, direct service, and think tank organizations. Lane’s passion for fundraising, social justice, and interest in solving complex issues led him to join Impact Justice.
Before joining Impact Justice, Lane was a Development Associate at March For Our Lives, a youth-led, grassroots non-profit that aims to end gun violence through civic engagement, education, and direct action. At MFOL, Lane helped submit grant applications, grant reports, identify potential donors, and led the organization’s first direct mail campaign. He also helped launch their first in-person fundraiser since the pandemic began.
Lane is originally from Oakland, California. He graduated magna cum laude from American University in 2020 with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish Studies. He minored in Economics and received his Spanish Translation Certificate upon graduation.
