Celia Johnson joined Impact Justice in 2016, supporting the National PREA Resource Center (PRC). She manages several aspects of the overall operations of the PRC, including planning, contracting, and budgeting. Prior to this, she had been responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and delivery of the PRC’s flagship Auditor Field Training Program. During her work on this program, she participated in over 15 field training audits, training over 100 certified PREA auditors. Before joining the PRC, Celia served as the Research and Training Coordinator at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where she was responsible for managing grant programs, providing staffing support to committees, and planning and marketing committee-sponsored programs. She also completed two cooperative experiences at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Physicians for Human Rights through her undergraduate program at Northeastern University. She has a B.S. in psychology.
