Cecilia Johnson is a senior program manager supporting the National PREA Resource Center (PRC). She manages operations and resource management for the PRC and other PREA-related projects at Impact Justice, including internal and external operations, hiring and staffing planning, budgeting and contracting, and quality control of written products. Prior to this role, she was responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and delivery of the flagship Auditor Field Training Program where she participated in over 15 field training audits and training over 100 certified PREA auditors.
Before joining the PRC, Cecilia served as the research and training coordinator at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where she was responsible for managing grant programs, providing staffing support to committees, and planning and marketing committee-sponsored programs. She also completed two cooperative experiences at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Physicians for Human Rights through her undergraduate program at Northeastern University. She has a B.S. in psychology.
