Adelaida Caballero is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of Impact Justice and its Oakland office. She manages the Oakland office’s administrative staff. She joins Impact Justice with more than ten years of progressive experience in office support and management. She comes to the organization from San Francisco Conservation Corps, which provides academic, job training, work readiness, and life skills experience to low-income youth. There, she was responsible for on-boarding new staff, assisting the Grants Manager with Events as well as vendor and IT management.
Adel’s passion for working with at-risk youth at SFCC led her to volunteer with numerous organizations, including the Paradise disaster relief in January, 2019. She worked with the American Red Cross, the US Army, and Americorps as a team leader to assist displaced families and their pets.
Adel received a diploma from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship. She has a BS in economics.
